Bookings
- Enquiries sent through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings. Your booking is confirmed when we reply to confirm it.
- Prices are in US dollars. Nightly, 5-night and monthly rates are shown on our rates; the final price is confirmed with your booking.
- Breakfast and meals ordered from the restaurant are charged separately unless your booking says otherwise.
- Please bring a valid ID or passport for check-in.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your check-in date.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of check-in, or do not arrive, the first night is charged.
- Monthly stays: please give at least 7 days’ notice before your start date.
- Leaving early: nights already started are charged; please talk to us about the rest of your stay.
House rules
- Check-inFrom 11:00 (saa tano asubuhi).
- Check-outBy 10:00 (saa nne asubuhi).
- MusicLoud music that can be heard outside your apartment must end by 20:00 (saa mbili usiku).
- VisitorsVisitors, including visiting children, are welcome until 22:00 (saa nne usiku).
- SmokingSmoking is allowed only inside your own apartment, not in shared areas, by the pool or in the restaurant.
- PetsPets are welcome, up to a maximum of two per booking.
Looking after the apartment
- Please treat the apartment, furniture and shared areas with care. Damage beyond normal use may be charged.
- Children must be supervised at the swimming pool at all times.
- Please keep valuables safe and lock your apartment when you go out.
