In short
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not store anything you type into it. When you send a booking enquiry, your own WhatsApp or email app sends it straight to us. We use those details only to answer you and manage your stay.
What we receive
When you contact us we receive what you choose to send, usually:
- your name, and your phone number or email address;
- your dates, the type of stay and the number of guests;
- any message you add, such as your arrival time or special requests.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and confirm your booking;
- to prepare for your arrival and look after you during your stay;
- to keep the records we are required to keep as a licensed accommodation business in Tanzania.
We do not sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details only for as long as we need them for your stay and for our legal and accounting records, then delete them.
Your choices
